The Baraat is a joyful procession that marks the groom's arrival to the wedding ceremony. This celebratory parade features music, dancing, and drumming as the wedding party makes their way to the ceremony. The Baraat represents the groom's family formally coming to unite with the bride's family, and everyone is encouraged to join in the dancing and celebration!

Wedding Pooja Ceremony

The Pooja is a sacred Hindu ritual that forms the spiritual heart of our wedding celebration. During this ceremony, we will perform traditional prayers and offerings to invoke blessings from the divine for our marriage. The ritual includes the exchange of garlands, circling the sacred fire (Agni), and taking the Saptapadi (seven sacred steps) together, each representing vows we make to one another.
This meaningful ceremony typically lasts 45-60 minutes and will be conducted in Sanskrit. Guests are welcome to remain seated and witness this beautiful tradition, or feel free to walk around, or take photos during the ceremony. We invite you to return as we conclude with the final blessings and celebration.
